Herod's End is a forested park that stretches out for a dozen miles. It's a nice place for casual hiking and camping, but it's been plagued for centuries with suicides and murders. The hiking trails are clearly marked, and there are a few paved paths for walking or running. For the most part, the wildlife isn't dangerous, and the wilderness isn't all that wild.

In better days, Danbury's Huckleberry Faire was a popular amusement park. Now, the bright colors of circus tents have faded grey, the roller coasters rust, and the ferris wheel threatens to topple to the ground in a stiff breeze. There's a fence and keep out signs around the perimeter, which only serves to make Huckleberry Faire an even better place for people to disappear.
