| KINGSPORT The original vision for GG was that of a relatively small site. You may have noticed that we are not a small site. Alas, it's become a little nonsensical that there's so many supers running around Kingsport, to the point that it's hard to justify even with the Initiative HQ. Long story short: we're adding more cities. How many? I don't know. Depends on demand and how many good ideas we have. LAFAYETTE First up is Lafayette, a city that's seen better days, nestled in Louisiana upon the Mississippi River. A quiet town in Louisiana, once a city, now little more than antiquated buildings, dusty streets, and echoes of the past. A hundred years ago, Lafayette was a vibrant crossroads, filled with music, dance, culture, and--if rumors are to be believed--magic. Recently, the Initiative chose Lafayette for its second base. Perhaps heroes can revitalize the town. New boards and subboards for Lafayette should be up in a few days at most (hopefully). WHAT ELSE? If you have new locations you'd like to see, please reply to this thread! In general, we intend to slowly add a few more fictional cities, not necessarily all in America, to add more diverse locations for characters to explore and develop. We won't make any promises, but it's obviously important that new locations will actually be used, so let us know what you'd like added to GG! |

Hell and it's Seven Layers would be a pretty great area setting IMO. Of course, that'd need some fleshing out in lore. I wanna kill me some demons.

I'd love to have an Australian city, and I'd be more then welcome to help flesh it out and move characters over there.

They're all just propositions of course, but mostly, I'm trying to avoid, huh... More "obvious" options - like england, japan, and the like.

i support posidem's west coast suggestion! the seattle space needle is actually a spaceship, obviously. somewhere cosmopolitan europe! like barcelona, madrid, rome. i want a superpowered gaudi having built a city. no england bc there are no heroes in england. only villains. that'd be no fun. edit: SCOTLAND ACTUALLY.... if yr going to have a cold, clammy climate, make it there. edit edit: somewhere dubai-esque.... i want mega hotels and swimming with dolphins. except superpowered dolphins  |

That's why Australia would be a good choice, we got all kinds of fun and deadly animals. Not to mention a fair share of dolphins as well.
