A state-of-the-art prison, Atlantic Penitentiary was built specifically to hold supervillains. Each prison cell is its own pocket dimension. The hallways are guarded by androids and monitored by an AI system. Sometimes, it's called the Hilton Penitentiary, because the pocket dimensions have more amenities than the average hotel. The prison is meant to be permanent, not unpleasant.
