GREATER GOOD is an original superhero roleplay set in an alternate version of reality where superheroes are all the rage. The Initiative for Greater Good controls the heroes, making them the most powerful organization in the world. Is it true then that absolute power corrupts absolutely? Who knows. Let's find out. GREATER GOOD takes inspiration from Marvel, DC Comics, Overwatch, Tiger & Bunny, One Punch Man, and roughly anything ever with superheroes.

Riverside Square
Riverside is an open cobblestone square by the waterfront, mostly unused but for the occasional holiday event. It still draws some tourists and academics as a historic site for slave trade in America. It was once Riverside Markets, famous host of large-scale auctions, with song and dance and people for sale.

Mabel's
Not just a pub but the pub, Mabel's has existed since--quite possibly--the dawn of time. The exterior is falling apart, the interior is decrepit, but the beer tastes like a little bit of heaven, and the whiskey tastes like hell. Mabel's is also deceptively large, and it serves as a low key meeting place for all sorts.

The Basilica
St. Demetrios' Basilica is not a proper papal basilica, but it is a functioning church with stunning byzantine-inspired architecture. The Basilica's greatest claim to fame is its relics: countless bones from a long list of apostles, martyrs, saints, monks, and more, displayed in gold-enameled and mosaic-tiled cases. Some find the sight rather macabre.

The Honey Den
A small shop that sells honey and related goods. Questionably, while the shop is small, its building is quite large, and there aren't any other shops. While the honey's very good, the clientèle tends to go through the back and then either upstairs or downstairs. Upstairs has bedrooms with company for sale. Downstairs is a traditional opiate den.
