As a dispatcher of Initiative, it is Yura's job to decide which heroes go on which missions. Unlike the other heavily biased dispatchers, Yura works without influence providing fair and agreeable tasks to heroes of all rankings. Since her joining in 2013, heroes and non-supers alike have all found it beyond easy talking to her, and before long, she had unknowingly become a popular and highly valued shadow-therapist within the organization. Yura's most distinct feature to others is often the fact that she possesses no ego, and is grounded in a permanent state of peace and love. As such, even if you deliberately try to, you will find it absolutely impossible to have an argument with her. Her true form being an ageless Cosmic Entity, Yura is a being above good and evil, and wise beyond her years.
