the idea is that the pence family goes around adopting kids in general. think the jolie-pitts, except with superpowers and their own ambitions. tommy is the latest addition to the family, and probably likes chilling with his adopted siblings.

the entire family is probably subject to pr events and stuff, bc hey, they're like the equivalent of a huge happy family bc the initiative does gud stuff!! or smth along those lines.

i imagine some of them, if biological, have already grew past 21 and are living their own lives as Adults, but they could totally exist. dad's probably in his mid-sixties, just to give you an idea.

about the pences -- they are an incredibly rich family built from years of hard work and inherited money from mom's side. the dad is a dispatcher within the initative, mom's a secretary within the initiative whose true allegiances lay with the freemasons. they live in a huge dunwich mansion that is used to host dinners and functions monthly.

like always, anything goes.

so: looking for adopted siblings (or parents if you wanted to i guess?), class, age, fc, personality (charitable and family-oriented if parents) and everything completely up to you. the only condition is that their last name is pence.
