Sometimes, it was fun to pretend to become someone one was not, and wouldn't be for the next few lifetimes. Sometimes, playing make-believe was all it took to take one's mind happier and lighter, all troubles forgotten for the time being. Appropriately dressed in a pressed button-down shirt and pants, Jack sat on a bench at the school's garden atrium. It was incredible; the air was fresh, and off to the side, a few Roman (?) sculptures poured water from their urns into a fountain of water. Jack felt out of place, but appearances were deceiving. A few students paid him no heed as they walked past, nose buried deep in their books. He glanced at his watch. Man, his friend sure was running late. S-K43(( idk if she's the friend he's waiting for or not, but hey just wing it ))

How she was supposed to catch a non-corporeal catboy who could be anywhere he wanted was beyond her. Short of swinging around an iron net, which she hadn't been provided with, the only other reasonable course of action was to wait until he meandered 'home'. But, until then, she was under orders to keep searching. She walked through the school's hallways, ignoring the curious stares in her direction. The students that looked like they were going somewhere -- class, presumably -- she ignored. Then she entered the atrium, finding the boy she was tasked with meeting. "Jack." S-K43 stepped forward, not bothering to take a seat beside him. "Yes?"jack ((idk how he got spectre's attention but maybe he put something on social media that made them think he knew where k'shiel is? WHO KNOWS))

Jack was midway through folding his sleeves when the lady approached him. "Hi," he greeted, still struggling with the sleeves. Make-believe was fun, but only because one wasn't actually it in the first place. He didn't think he could keep this up for days on end, even if he were doing it from muscle memory. He glanced up at her - she was tall and he was sort of tiny - and decided to ask what he wanted to. On the internet, some things were impossible to find out. "Uh, before you ask the questions, I just wanna know -- how do I read your name, anyway?" S-K43(( rip thread purpose, gdi Jack ))

Well, that was helpful enough. Jack now knew how to pronounce her name. Yay.
"About that ... he was in Arkham. Killed a bunch of people on the way in, I don't know if he killed more on the way out. He had cake. It was good."
