His obsession since the age of six is super heroes, resulting in his visit to "family" in Lafayette. He couldn't care less about his long lost family there. Francis' wish is to meet all of the super heroes he can while he's there and learn how their powers work. [break][break] You can use paragraph form as well. We don't really care as long as we get a reasonable impression of how your character behaves. It's also helpful to discuss goals and motivations. [attr="class","subcat"]biographical details This is a freeform biography section. Please try to stay below 500 words. Longer is understandable for very old characters and for characters with more convoluted origin stories. Keep in mind that the bio is supposed to help us understand your character's backstory. We're not going to understand anything if you put us to sleep. [break][break] Paragraph form, bullet-point lists, in-character ramblings, etc. are all acceptable. Use whatever format you want as long as it gets information across. Interpretative gifs is probably not the way to go. [break][break] For characters from fictional cultures (made-up countries, aliens, long lost civilizations, pantheons, etc.), please provide some detail on that culture. We don't need a history book, we just need a general idea. If you're not the first character of that culture, feel free to link someone else's app, a plot page, or wherever else we might find the right information. [break][break] Remember to use [break*][break*] tags to doublespace paragraphs. He can only copy three people's powers at any given time, but they can be used together however he sees fit. These powers can be picked up and dropped at a moment's notice, but between powers in their 'slots', he requires a few minutes as a buffer. Otherwise, it would be as though his body could only combine three powers at a time instead of copy them as he could just drop the powers and take a new one instantly. Powers can last a little while without being near the original owners, but not long enough to do more than get himself out of trouble or get back in range to keep copying. [attr="class","subcat"]Matter Transmutation This power isn't so much conscious as it is automatic. If Francis copies the 'power' of someone that uses another item to facilitate their actions, his body changes the molecules around him into a similar object with less power than the original. [attr="class","subcat"]Magic Affinity Despite being unable to use magic on his own, Francis acquires as much ability to use magic as any person whose ability he copies. In order to accomplish this, though, Francis' body has to have a significant affinity for the magic that he uses, no matter the kind.
