An artificial lake that drains into the Mississippi River, Solomon Bay exists to prevent flooding, but it's also a pleasant neighborhood of single-family homes. As a new development, it attracts professional young couples (or singles content to share) and has shopping centers in walking distance. Solomon Bay is too suburban to be hip, but it's considered a lovely place to live.

The chapel is open to all and provides nondenominational sermons. On the outside, it's a large white building with a cross on the roof--pretty normal for a big church. On the inside, there's wooden pews and framed paintings of biblical stories. On the other side of the hidden portal in the basement, there's hell, one of 'em, anyway. That last part's a secret.
