The "affordable" end of Dunwich is still only meant for elites. Fairmount is primarily a residential area, consisting of luxury apartments and the businesses that particularly profit off of the rich: high-end restaurants, old world cafes, boutique shops, exclusive clubs, and organic grocery stories. It's a wonderful place to live, arguably the nicest in the city, provided you can afford it.

The poorest people in Windsor live in stunning turn-of-the-century row houses valued at several million dollars each. The richest have urban mansion estates. Some are classic courtyard homes, others are private skyscrapers, wonders of modern architecture. Particularly rude tourists might visit the neighborhood to gawk before they're forcibly removed as soon as security notices them.
