Meet Raz. Raz is from the long-distant future when humans evolve into multiple subspecies with genetics built by intelligent design. They freely travel across the galaxy to interact with alien species and have developed highly advanced, easily accessible magitech creations. Unfortunately, now Raz is stuck on Earth with a human race that's nearly 50,000 years behind in evolution, technology, and social norms.

Raz's childhood friends are lost somewhere in time, leaving them very much alone. Although they've adjusted rather well, able to understand a good deal about this era of humanity by mentally scouring the internet, it'd still be appreciated if they had someone to talk about how bizarre everything (clothes, verbal communication, memes, you name it) is here. Also, if your character is immortal, there's a possibility that Raz could have been friends with them in the future, which would be very cute because Raz will treat them like the most precious of cinnamon rolls and protect them at all costs.

You may have noticed that Raz isn't a hero. The whole system of gathering up especially powerful people, treating them like white knights, and giving them the legal protections of a massive corporation makes Raz amazingly uncomfortable. They don't hate heroes, but may act uncomfortable around Initiative members. ALSO, scientists, prepare to be disappointed because Raz is not prepared to dramatically change the course of history by putting advanced technology in the hands of anyone but themselves. One of the few things they will try to change is the highly vague destruction of their home, so if you have an immortal character who might cause that almost 50,000 years from now hmu.

(I haven't figured out the sexual/romantic norms of Raz's society yet at all so plz stay tuned but I'm pretty sure Raz would be fine with w/e sex/gender combination you can come up with)
