he's pretty normal to the average observer. he isn't out for a fight and doesn't walk around with a chip on his shoulder, makes smalltalk where it's warranted, and gives honest answers to honest questions when needed. while ordric is pretty unassuming, nothing he does is without a purpose.

more liable to playing along and moving with the flow of things unfolding around him, people who know ordric well will also know that something big is about to happen when he puts his foot down.

he doesn't announce where his loyalties lie, but ordric won't bite the hand that feeds him.



born to a happy family of a mother, father, and three older siblings, ordric started things out on the right foot. unfortunately, for him, everyone was dead by the time he was four.

none of his other relatives came forward to claim him. he was sent to a local orphanage and drew the lucky straw of being adopted into spectre.

as far as he is concerned, spectre fills in the void of "family". aegis and skae are the oldest. kshiel was born when he was nineteen.

spectre decided it was easier to find someone who had nothing as opposed to the usual methods of brainwashing. building more robots was getting a little pricey. he's been fully indoctrinated in their teachings since he was a child.

he's infiltrated the initiative under spectre's orders, and for all they know he is another hero at the ready when trouble brews in kingsport. he's been registered with the initiative since day one. after all, for all they knew, he was a starry-eyed eighteen-year-old looking for a place to leave a mark in the world.

ordric has the ability to warp reality. this allows him to bend space and time at will in the following ways, albeit so long as the events and effects fall within a week of when he activated his powers. they require extreme focus; while he isn't cut off of his powers while experiencing strong emotions, their effects may either amplify, diminish, or do something he doesn't want them doing:

• TIME MANIPULATION

  so long as a person or item falls within his reality warp, ordric can manipulate its time at will. this allows him to speed up or slow down the rate they are moving or functioning at.
• TEMPORAL REPLAY

  he can't age things necessarily, but ordric can repeat the processes and functions of living and inorganic things. running up a single flight of stairs may be no sweat, but try doing the same thing for an entire week.
• CAUSALITY MANIPULATION

  ordric has the ability to interfere between links of cause and effect. this allows him to shorten or lengthen the amount of time that passes in between the two. it may grant a target temporary invulnerability at the cost of them being in a world of pain later on. alternatively, it may grant him the ability to swap around potential effects for the one most desirable.
• PROBABILITY MANIPULATION

  grants him the power to change the probability of an event occurring. however, he cannot change the probability of an event occurring if it begins with a probability of 0.

his true right eye was removed and replaced with a cybernetic one. the eye displays an overlay of relevant information, handy for keeping track of calculations and details during reality warping. it has also been fitted with settings such as heat sensitivity, night vision, and periscope.



wielded primary weapon is a firearm. ordric is comfortable using a variety of them and received marksmanship training. paired with his cybernetic eye, he is capable of hitting his marks with near surgical precision.


while it isn't his preferred m.o., ordric holds his own in a hand-to-hand fight despite preferring to buff others at a distance or bump a target off with a bullet.
