• His father and mother were of different cultures, but both were superhuman by birth just as Jakob was. His father born in Germany, his mother a native of Japan, they met through their work and thus had their son. So now you know not to look at him funny if he starts speaking Japanese because he's more familiar with it than any other language despite his 'mostly' aryan features.

• Both of his parents are villains. He grew up around not so good people, and was raised by his parents friends and their help more than his real folks as a whole. He saw a lot of messed up stuff when he was little, and a crying kid wasn't exactly encouraged. He learned to control his emotions after much 'teaching' and discipline by such friends of his parents. Because of this his overall personality is a bit...odd to say the least.

• Unlike his parents, he didn't much enjoy their friends, or their work. Eventually however, they got busted by a group of heroes before he could really do anything about it. He was a teenager at the time, and thanks to such heroes he was taken out of a situation that could have gotten much worse.

• After he was essentially freed from his parents, Jakob was permitted to attend school. Rehabilitated into society on close watch due to the sort that raised him, he chose to join the Initiative as soon as he was able, and has since helped protect the freedoms of others whenever he was asked or it was required of him or, ya know, if he gets bored.

• On a side note he's a total tech geek, and loves his technology and tinkering with computers and the like. Perhaps the laziest person alive, when it comes to technology and science he naturally excels, and will sacrifice jobs just to take apart computers and rebuild them with better specs and the like. In his free time he creates programs and such, and when REALLY bored he tries to pretend that he's totally not hacking into random civ personal accounts or social media to poke around their personal files for the hell of it.

• The ability to create, absorb, shape, and therefore manipulate gravity. Jakob is capable of increasing the gravity of a space. This can be used to crush objects by enveloping them in a field of gravity that he can control, immobilize a person or object, or even create a black hole to suck an object into oblivion. However, this also means that he can do the opposite and reduce the gravity of a space, or object as well. This can be applied to flight, or levitation, simulate extreme strength and agility (making is easier to lift objects), and opposite to black hole creation he can release things from a black hole that he might have created.

Black hole creation is extremely difficult to control unless in small doses, and thus he only stretches his limits of this ability in dyer circumstances. While he can maintain around a dozen, measuring roughly 4ft in diameter, with relative ease, creating one large black hole takes massive amounts of concentration, but doing so can have severe negative side effects or consequences to Jakob's body - like death, black outs, slipping into a coma. Not fun things. The largest he has ever created was roughly a mile wide for about 25-35 minutes maximum. Since he's only done this once before, it was recommended he not do it again for obvious reasons.



• This encompasses his ability to form and release gravity attacks. This can be in the form of weapons that he can physically hold, or in orbs/beams of light that are projected at someone or something. Either used in defense or offense, it can cut through objects depending on how dense they might be, or be used to shield against attacks in the form of gravitational shields. Because of this he is best at range attacks rather than melee close fights. Truly it's also part of his style due to his personality as well, to stay farther away from a target or suspect, so he is a bit weaker against up front offensive fighters.
