• Born a mutant, a freak, he never knew his mother and only his father a short while until he was left to his grandparents to be raised. Despite this his old folks were the best sort. Kind, sincere, strict enough to teach him manners and how to behave, and they never looked at this boy like he was a total freak. He loved them.

• His grandparents, his guardians, both died when he was a teenager. Old age, and illness taking them both two years apart from one another. This was devastating to Cedric. He only had his grandparents, unaware of any other relatives or family members, the kid was completely alone after his grandmother passed. Thus his trouble making truly began.

• He has always hated the constricting feel of the Initiative. Having the abilities he had made getting normal jobs difficult, avoiding stares and preventing himself from standing out, but he refused to join them due to personal reasons. That being said, he knew he couldn't possibly sink so low to become a villain or else disappoint his old folks from the grave. So vigilante it was.

• Helping those that might be willing to pay him for it, Cedric earns money the same as any other geek from that stupid Initiative group might. Of course it's not as glamorous, and there's no PR events or anything, but he'd rather keep his identity under wraps best he could anyway, because his personal information is his and his alone.

A pair of white wings reside at his back, rooted between his shoulder blades, that allow him to fly at various speeds and perform aerial maneuvers. They are permanently affixed, and cannot be retracted so, as you can imagine, they infrequently get in the way of regular tasks. Spanning roughly twenty-two feet when fully outstretched, he keeps them tucked usually to keep them from getting in the way too much.

In close combat they can be used to break restraints, or knock down enemies near him.







His anatomy is naturally adapted to permit flight, therefore flying at high speeds or in altitudes that might otherwise make a person sick or light headed, he has less problem. This makes him far more durable than that of an average human of course. However he still has his limits. Remaining in high altitudes, with little oxygen, and freezing temperatures can still damage his lungs over prolonged periods of time.







He can heal others, but to do so he has to take the injuries onto himself. For example, if the person was shot, he would take on the pain and injury of that bullet wound while the subject is then healing. The process deals little to no pain to the individual he is healing, but that's not the case on his end obviously. Because this deals damage to his own body there are some things that are very dangerous for him to try to heal, someone inches from death, a person who has slipped into a coma, ect. He cannot bring someone BACK from the dead though, obviously. The person still needs a pulse to even attempt to heal them at all.

When he does this such injuries will heal fairly rapid when transferred depending on how severe. That being said he can only regenerate in this way when absorbing the injuries of others. If he himself gets injured for whatever reason it takes far longer to repair a wound, and not at a rate that would be considered inhuman or extraordinary.







Similar to that of a bird, Cedrics eyesight is super-humanly acute, giving him enhanced binocular vision. His sense of touch sensitive enough that he can use air currents to improve his flight when airborne.







He taught himself how to fight with a bow and arrow, and with light daggers and swords. He is no expert in either, but is far more practiced in the arrow than the latter. His skills in both could use improvement, but he doesn't have any fancy training ground or camp to really do so.
