She was taken aback by the fact that someonehad shot atthem, but she was able to quickly dodge to the side behind a nearby building, suffering yet another bullet to her leg. "DAMN IT! Okay, you stay here and DON'T. MOVE." she pulled out the comm link and finally reached emergency services.
"Hi uh... We need some people here. There's um... A problem. We need paramedics and firemen. I don't know what's goin' on, I'm from the initiative trying to stop some run of the mill crooks and then this guy with LITERAL finger guns comes out an' starts shooting us like he has a Tommy Gun! Yes, Star Ryder... Send help quick. Oh yeah, also have Justitia with me. No need for Initiative backup... Thanks!"
She unholstered the pistols and ran to get next to Julia after the rain of bullets stopped. She eyed the building and then the bullet holes. "It was a damned ruse the whole time... We ain't dealing with run of the mill..." She eyed the new guy with finger holes and swung her neck to the side in order to crack it, repeating the process for the other side. She was
"No good sons of a gun thinks he can just shoot up practically everything and get away with it, eh? COME ON JULIA, LET'S GET THIS GUY!" She spun the pistols in her hand and bent her knee, diggning one boot into the ground, still keeping her finger off of the trigger like her father taught her to. HE said to only shoot when you know you're gonna hit your mark, so she was just briefly calculating her shot in less than a second...

She felt the places where the bullets had punctured her skin. Luckily enough, they were not in her limbs or in any vital places--- one near the shoulder and one near the waist. She could go on, although she probably needed to make this quick to receive better medical attention.
As if in response to the need, she found new power streaming from the Scales of Maat. Miss Anna had already taken care of informing their superiors... so it was just beating up this guy. That was... refreshingly straightforward. "I suppose you wouldn't want to surrender, too." she said, as a matter of course.
"Hahaha! You're amusing, blindfold missy. You know what would be funnier? More bullets in your gut!"
"What are your aims in attacking this particular station?"
"Ah, you'll have to ask the lot of them. They're mostly hiring me to help them spring some friends of theirs." The bullet man seemed overconfident and talkative. Already the driver was going to the detainment rooms of the wrecked station... one or two of those there must be the criminals' comrades.
"You almost shot some of them."
"Occupational hazards!" he laughed. "But enough talking! I see the other miss has a gun as well. Let's get to the part where I riddle the two of you with holes!"
His arm transformed into what Julia perceived was a heavier sort of gun. Quickly, she carried the unconscious members of the hold-upping gang to a safe place, as the man began firing again, much faster this time--- but she was much faster, as well.
She hoped Miss Anna could keep the villain occupied until she can secure the suspects somewhere bullets can't find them.

Annabelle stopped and saw the dude shooting everything at Justitia. She quickly sprung to her feet and fired a few shots at the villain.
"HEY YA!THAT'S SO COOL! You can turn your arms into guns? That's awesome!" She dodged a few bullets that headed her way and shot again at the guy. She rolled into a certain position and kicked her leg up, revealing a charging blast that fired at the guy, just barely missing him and disappearing after it hit the wall. She stood up and dudged a rain of bullets before landing two shots in his arm.
"You sure aren't that smart, y'know? You see, now your underlings are gonna want more shares now that ya killed one of the workersm y'know?" She cocked her gun again and fired her gun back at the villain. "And that ain't good for business, is it?"

Julia did not quite share Miss Anna's enthusiasm about the villain's talents, but the battlefield wasn't exactly the best place for criticism of banter and priorities. Bullets sought her as she moved, getting the goons to safety, even as she tried to block the missiles with her weapons--- ah.
She stopped blocking with her scales and started blocking with her body, and the bullets this time did not pierce her skin. "I have been granted protection." she said, mostly to herself, realizing. Without having to swing her balance around, she managed to find a portion of the rubble where any stray fire would not find the criminals, hopefully. The police were grouping up, here, so she afforded them a short nod before she went back to help the gunslinger.
The man was returning words as surely as he was returning projectiles. "Well, I don't need to be smart to kill you!" he laughed.
Quickly she rejoined the fray. "Please consider stopping." she pleaded, even as she charged for the gunman, bullets bouncing off her flesh.
"So, you're suddenly bulletproof, huh!"
The man's arm morphed into... some sort of cannon? Julia did not know what it was, but someone might recognize it--- either Miss Anna or some of the police rallying together--- as a rocket launcher. Still, she had an approximate idea of what it could do.
As the launcher shot, she tanked the blast, getting sent a few meters from the resulting collision and explosion. The projectile it had released was... significantly larger. She hoped Miss Anna could get some hits in while she distracted the man.
