Julia currently doesn't have friends, besides her mentor, who had passed away a few years ago; and even in the hidden village where she grew up most people treated her professionally. As such, she actually doesn't know how to make friends, as she's used to keeping people at a distance, but she would really appreciate people who treat her as more than a superhero--- perhaps fellow Initiative members, civilians, or even vigilantes, although she'd really be puzzled why they aren't registered with the Initiative to begin with. Villains might make her acquaintance, but she'd probably try to arrest them if she finds out their true nature.

Julia, of course, considers villains as enemies, who she would try to redeem to the best of her ability; fellow heroes and vigilantes who are particularly unruly she might try to correct, but for the most part she wouldn't try to actively antagonize them--- she can be patient. Don't let the A-rank fool you; she can have problems with a skilled, non-powered opponent one on one, since her power scales against the one she's fighting. Of interest are villains and vigilantes who could make her reconsider the nature of the Initiative, and on the other end, those who are heinous and powerful enough that she would feel the need to use the deadliest weapon in her arsenal--- the Sword of Nemesis.

Julia already has problems with making friends--- this is bound to be even more difficult. It does not help that she can often be unaware of the social cues that indicate a person is interested in a relationship with another. She's definitely NOT the sort for flings or one-night stands. Still, someone who could help her open up to the world, and help her find something else to define her besides her office--- perhaps even conflict with it--- would be great.

God-aliens who know of her office, specially those who created it in the first place--- special mention to Fortuna, Maat, Nemesis, and Themis!--- would be nice to interact with! Fellow people who find the modern world foreign, and on the other end of the spectrum, those who are keenly aware of it, through society and technology--- she could commiserate with the former, and learn from the latter.
