It is a meeting between the Alliance and the French, a transaction that will determine the relationship of the two. For the French it is important, perhaps as important as the day he was born, for the Alliance it is just a normal day. And perhaps, if he does not deliver, does not impress with his delivery, it could very well be his last. The meeting is underground, within a rather elaborate tunnel system - though the system belongs to the Alliance, it was the French who set it all up. And you could imagine, he did not secure the permission to use these tunnels, perhaps a strike against him already.

The French’s entourage is small, just his No. 2 and a masked individual (possibly an adolescent) by his side - the cargo and everything else is carried by the regular filler henchman. There isn’t anything to his appearance, he wasn’t masked or anything and only a wide-brimmed black hat offered some concealment.

His No. 2, a moderately tall man of striking blonde hair who was sharply dressed like the French, stepped forward. “As you’ve requested, we have secured the merchandise. After the demonstration, if you find it to your liking we can proceed to the payment and subsequent transportation.”

the general setting is that we're underground and converging in a clearing that has eight tunnel exits. on French's side is about 5 cargo trucks and around 20 to 30 filler npcs.
