Like many neighborhoods in Arkham, Cherry Hill is practically a slum. The threat of villainous activity is so high that when things break, no one's crazy enough to come fix it. Local mechanics and electric generators are a godsend, and it's all the Initiative can do to ensure that there's still running water. It's an awful place to live, but hey, at least rent is cheap.

The Reservoir is an artificial lake built to help prevent flooding. Unbeknownst to the world at large, there's a secret hideout under the Reservoir. It's one of several meeting places used by the Alliance, and it's well-known enough among Arkham villains that it's commonly relied upon as a safehouse. There's never any fighting around Reservoir, lest the Initiative suspect something's amiss.
