there is nothing more bigger than his sense of duty. he is short in height but he acts as of he is very tall; his resilience is something of awe. he has shed blood and many tears over the course of his life and yet he is still faraway to accepting what he truly is: a monster. he blames his father for bringing him into this world so he is determined to rid this earth of him. it is his one and true purpose. tsuchida kenta -- no, no he is kuro now. if his father is the darkness that comes with the night, he'll be the inky blackness that goes hand and hand.[break][break]

he chooses no side, he'll do what he has to just to get his goal to reach fruition. but overall he's still very much a teenager. he's prone to rash thought and mood swings, and starts trouble wherever he goes just because he can. it's a habit. he knows nothing else. and habits are hard to break.



the son of a prostitute and one of kingsport's reptilian villains, he is born considered a accident as his mother was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. she could not bear to keep her unborn child so he was given to an orphanage immediately after his birth and was adopted a few weeks later by an elderly couple, promptly moving to california days afterwards due to their lengthy retirement funds. he was well cared for, but his step mother soon passed away when he was five from natural causes. his step father tried to keep him on the right path, but it was obvious he was a special child with different needs from the other kids around him.[break][break]

due to his father's slowly deteriorating health he drops out of school at sixteen to help him full time. he did everything he could; but he too passes away two months later. child services would soon find out kenta was alone once more and put him into foster care.[break][break]

that wasn't going to happen.[break][break]

he left california by hitchhiking around the country for two years. he took up part time jobs, got forced into a gang in chicago where he learned to hone his skills with a gun, and even joined a underground fighting ring for a bit. but when he got bored of it -- he left.[break][break]

kuro knew his next stop was kingsport as his backstory tied him there. he knew about the situation with his biological father and mother, he knew he was the product of rape. his entire existence was based off fear and manipulation and this fact alone made him feel the need to repay his father tenfold with some well-needed retribution. when he is dead... then and only then can he settle down. but for now he keeps an eye out for a certain scaly man he disgustingly must call his father.

the user possesses the genetic traits and abilities of two or more different species, kuro being half-human and half-dragon. however he takes after his mother's side (human). he also has subsets of his father's abilities such as flight and a varying form of echolocation. kuro also has a three foot long tail similar to his father's own, it is very thick and full of muscle; allowing him full control of the appendage.



users have incredible ability to defy weight limitations of the member of their race, but not completely break them. dense, lengthy, or overweight items are easy to move and simple to use in nearly any manner. users can crush, lift, throw, or catch items of great weight.



user can achieve complete and utter accuracy on distant targets, with the activity in their brain center for aim, accuracy and precision is drastically improved. they need only to aim for an instant before they can precisely hit a target with a projectile. the user can judge extremely long distances amazingly accurately, gauging the strength needed to launch a projectile, in order to hit a target accurately. if a target is moving the user can calculate the best method to hit the target.



users are highly skilled with all types of guns allowing them to perform great feats and benefit in a far ranged combat. users are to have excellent bull-eyes aim on their target via bullets. users are also able to operate all variations of guns. they can create guns as well as repair them.



user can cast spells, an action that allows one to magically alter reality to varying extents. it is often a series of words that take effect when spoken, though others are able to cast spells merely by thinking, with gestures, with magical objects or through a ritual of some sort. in kuro's case he can cast spells with the use of words and gestures; and can use said spells for only defensive purposes as he has not mastered said ability yet.




nothing extraordinary, but something of note. kuro is a very proficient kickboxer, and seems to also be fairly good at boxing as well. his time in the underground fighting rings really paid off, and was well known for his one-kick ko's.
