[break][break] He’s a vigilante. He refuses to join the Initiative simply because he doesn’t want to be reduced to contracts and too much of a focus on his public image. Oh sure, he’s not super smart when it comes to history and all of that, but he is great with numbers and physics. Unfortunately, because he lacks in the liberal arts department, he doesn’t view himself as smart. He’s pretty strong, as lifting up engines and other things will do to you. [break][break] His mental status seems okay for now. No traumatic experiences in his childhood, a small obsession with trains and cars, but that’s really nothing concerning. He keeps up to date on certain events and is very detail oriented. [attr="class","subcat"]biographical details “Ever since I was little, I’ve had a big fascination with mechanical objects, y’know? I grew up in Rocket City, U.S.A., Huntsville, for those who don’t know. Mom was a teacher, and dad worked with NASA. Alex, my little brother, and I were tight. I never really got good grades in history or literature and that sort of thing, but I did well in math and physics. Unfortunately, it appears that being good in only a few things don’t help your GPA or test scores. Fortunately, I had always wanted to go to trade school and become a mechanic. [break][break] “So, I became a mechanic. Fortunately, my little bro got a degree in business management online as he went to trade school too. We decided to go to Kingsport in order to set up shot. We were just what, 22 and 21? Anyways, we got there and bought an old place where we could repair cars and stuff in Sentinel Hill. Things were going pretty well. Oh of course vandals came, but me and my little bro always a way to deal with them. Turns out people get scared of spanners almost as big as them. [break][break] “But I get a feeling you guys aren’t interested in the things that happened before I became Full Throttle, yeah? Well, I was messing around with an old car… I had just figured out a way to design a new engine, y’know? Nothing special, but I had found a weird container in a closet. How was I supposed to know it had radioactive waste? Anyways, I put some of that along with the oil in. Fortunately, my little bro was out at the time. I started the engine, and the exhaust was a dark crimson, knocked me out. After I woke up, I discovered my ways of making the absurdist of mechanical marvels, along with the power to control oil… [break][break] “Oh yeah, that’s when I knew I should use this power for good. So, I donned the outfit and called myself Full Throttle. With the help of my little bro, I was able to create a model layout of Kingsport, with working trains, metro, and stuff like that. With it, I was pretty much able to figure out where small crimes would take place. I don’t really plan on joining the Initiative. I’m fine with running the auto shop with my little bro and helping out with the crime problem if need be. Anyways, Full Throttle out.” [PTab=IV.] [attr="class","appcat"]powers [attr="class","apptext"] [/PTab={tab-background-color:#1f4654;height: 420px; background-color: #1c1d1e; padding: 5px;text-align:justify;][/PTabbedContent={width: 310px;tab-background-color:#1c1d1e;border-color:#1c1d1e;tabgap:1}][newclass=.appcat]background-color:#111;text-align:center;font-family:open sans condensed;text-transform:uppercase;font-weight:900;letter-spacing:1px;[/newclass][newclass=.apptext]height:390px; margin: 15px 5px 0px 5px; padding: 0px 15px; overflow: auto;[/newclass][newclass=.subcat]color:#e5e5e5;font-family: open sans condensed; margin: 15px 0px 5px -10px;text-transform:uppercase;[/newclass][newclass=.subcat1]color:#e5e5e5;text-transform:uppercase;font-family: open sans condensed; margin: 0px 0px 5px -10px;[/newclass][attr="class","subcat1"]Mechanical Manipulation/Mechromancy William has the power to manipulate certain objects to do certain things as a result of the nuclear waste/oil mixture he created. He can mount a motor to a tricycle, slap a few pipes on it, and make a motorized bike. Although the curious thing here is that he can do it with practically anything. He can make a nail gun fire railway ties, turn a motorcycle into a mechanical horse, and even make a car look like something straight out of Mad Max. Only problem is that things he creates using his power alone are extremely complicated for someone else to use and generally won’t work for them. But hey, at least he still knows how to use elbow grease! [attr="class","subcat"]Mechanical Breakdown William can also break stuff down into parts. For example, if there’s a car, he can break it down into large bits or into tiny, individual parts. This is one way he is able use his mechanical manipulation. HE cannot use this on any organic or bionic life. [attr="class","subcat"]Fuel Engineering William can also turn anything into fuel for the engines he creates. For instance, if he touches a bottle of soda, the bottle of soda still can be drunk, but the liquid will work as fuel. However, it will not act like fuel for anything that William has not created. |
