+ Shamees was born in Nepal from a Tibetan mother and a European father. His father left his mother before he was born. They lived in the countryside with his strict grandfather, who trained Shamees in martial arts at a young age. After his grandfather passed away when he was eleven, they moved into the city, where Shamees has his first stunt at being a vigilante.

+ During his time in the city, Shamees began to see spirits and ghosts. He noticed that there was one form that always followed him by his side. He tried communicating to it multiple times, but it never reacted. Upon sharing this piece of information to his mother, his mother contacted a family friend, a Shaolin monk, from Tibet. After exchanging letters, his mother's friend visited and determined that Shamees has a third eye and has been followed by a spirit since his birth. Shamees was invited to train in Tibet, both for the sake of his education and unique condition.

+ At nineteen, Shamees returned to Nepal and studied to get a degree in economics and business management. He resumed his vigilante life and eventually joined a vigilante team called “Streets.” He failed to graduate once but managed to do so in the following semester.

+ While in the military, Shamees was contacted by his former teammates to join a league of vigilantes. He refused several times, but finally accepted when a friend of his was killed in action. The league's name was “From The Shadows,” a team focusing on covert missions to expose corruption while supporting the law enforcement of the country.

+ With the rapid rise of superheroes and through connections, backers, and friends, the team grew internationally, uniting with other leagues across the globe. At thirty-one, Shamees became leader of the organization.

+ To help, train, and support the vigilantes of Kingsport against the Initiative, Shamees set forth to the country under the guise of an employee of White Industries, one of the organization's backers.

Shamees is a master of the Shaolin martial arts, having been taught by the monks in a temple in Tibet.

Along with the Shaolin art, his training included the strengthening of the mental will and resistance to pain, allowing him to resist mental attacks and endure torture. It has also given him peak athletic strength and agility that of a superior Olympic.

Shamees can accurately target a person's chi spots and, with swift strikes, block them, rendering that part of the body immobile for five to fifteen minutes (varies per person.)

Having trained in the army and performed as a sniper, Shamees has deadly accuracy and mastery of different types of guns.

The ability to perceive creatures from other planes such as ghosts and spirits. Shamees can clearly see the supernatural beings and sense their presence. He can detect whether they are malicious or not.

Because Deads tricked me into giving Shamees a magical transformation. Using a large amount of his chi, Shamees can allow his guardian spirit to fuse with him. This changes his appearance completely as though he was a different person. The form allows Shamees to interact with the astral plane. He can use his chi to perform superhuman feats impossible as a human such as flight, energy blasts, and hundredfold strength. Shamees can retain this form as long as he does not receive too much damage.
