- sophia gains the majority of his assets that were not lost in the form of government taxes

- assets + income used to create the resolutionists

- the resolutionists make up a network of vigilantes, except less secret than the freemasons hard benefits include: access to safehouses, labs and medical facilities (by which i mean: safehouses with oricon medical droids/lab stations until more civilians want to sign on as doctors/engineers). soft benefits include: moral support + information vine regarding the happenings in the city's underbelly

- the only real 'authority' is a group of five known as the Hand. the hand acts as active recruiters for the resolutionists, though any regular member can recommend membership to their associates. they investigate matters of foul play within the network, and determine the current black list of the organization. the blacklist is primarily made up of those who have betrayed the resolutionists' secrets, as well as vigilantes whose civilian body count have reached unacceptable levels relative to their activity. appeals can be made, should someone find new evidence.

- requirements for membership: pledging loyalty to the group (aka other vigilantes in the circle) and contributing 1 safehouse (can be their current residence). this is to ensure that vigilantes always have a place to hide out if the initiative is on their ass/they're bleeding from a violent encounter.

- it is expected that all members cover each others civilian identities. in the case of infiltration or betrayal, one of the Hand will put them on a blacklist: which basically means that they are no longer a brother, and can be hunted down by the vigilantes with the organization's blessing.

- members can leave at any time without repercussion: just don't stab anyone in the back on your way out

- they operates primarily in arkham and sentinel hill, where needs are greatest. officially, members can be working anywhere, though support is less tight in the initiative-controlled parts of kingsport proper

process: rn physis will be actively recruiting the Hand from known vigilantes in arkham/sentinel hill. i'll put up a group plot page once zahir's shit is sorted out
