Izzy is a real product of the age. Growing up she found herself using the internet every single day, and in a lot of ways she changed as much as the online world did. She enjoys irony and silly jokes and pictures of cats. But suddenly learning that she couldn't just be normal like everyone else has really made her...scared. A bit more reclusive. She's still open and warm, but there are times where the world is just too much for her to handle. In fact, change and discord tend to stress her out greatly- especially when it involves friends. She's always afraid of disappointed friends. Arguments with friends make her extremely tense and depressed, to the point she has self harmed in the past.



Isidora Edison is a real London girl. She grew up in Battersea, in a little terraced house- 32 Eccles Road. Izzy remembers the blue door vividly, it was always open. Her parents were the party couple, always inviting their friends over. All throughout primary school she was introduced to a lot of people, but as she got older she found the Internet. Eventually, she got her own computer that she used through secondary school, and she was in the online world way more often than the real one.

Now, Izzy thought her entire life would play out behind the blue door, but that was not the case. At age fourteen, she began exhibiting odd...symptoms. Random electrical shocks at completely unrelated times of the day. Sometimes, metal objects were seen sticking to her, and she often had trouble removing them with her hands. Her parents grew increasingly worried and had her taken to a doctor. He told them that the phenomena was likely caused by awakened abilities that Izzy didn't even know that she had. So, this really was going to change everything. No more normalcy for Izzy or her parents.

They decided to go someplace else. Not in fear of Izzy being judged, but because they thought that a place with more superheroes might be a good place to help Izzy learn about herself and her new capabilities. So, they took her to Kingsport, enrolling her in the high school there, so she could finish her studies, and they also had her sign up for the Initiative, in case she caused any trouble- they wanted some kind of insurance, at least. To say the least, Izzy was really scared about all of these changes. She was barely a super, but her parents were already thinking about these issues and they moved all the way to another country just in case. It was crazy. But she had to adapt, right...?

Izzy has general control over electricity. As of yet she can only control electricity that she outputs from her own body, and it does not have the ability to travel very far, only so far as just past her skin, like a field, or she can localize the charge in her palms, or her elbows, or really anywhere. Currently, she puts out about as much electricity as an electric eel. Having this ability also grants her immunity to taking damage from electrical attacks of any kind. They even tend to rejuvenate her- leading to the conclusion that absorbing electricity can speed up her healing, as well.



Really a subset of her control over electricity, it also isn't currently very well developed. She can weakly attract most metals to her, but can't usually move metal through the air, unless it's already there. She can also repel metals away from her, and this aspect of the power is more powerful. She can use it to- almost -float above metal surfaces, and can even curve the path of a bullet to minimize of even avoid damage altogether.
