FRIENDSHIP Well he's certainly a man open to them, but unfortunately his attitude might make people assume otherwise. Admittedly he tends to repel others with his overwhelming, sometimes obnoxious personality, and only those who aren't sensitive to his behavior or wont take too much offense to his sometimes blunt honesty and pure arrogance, you should be in good company. He's got a pretty good sense of humor, despite everything he's gone through, and one might think he's pushing on the limits of insanity because of the fact he's so lighthearted and doesn't take most things seriously. If you aren't too offput by a little lack of sanity, however, he's certainly not a bad ally to have on your side and can be a pretty decent friend if you give him enough time to truly warm up to you, and vice versa. LOVESHIP He's much more open in his flirtation towards women, but anything goes when it comes to his sexuality, Maverick being far too free-spirited to stick to the norm and it's silly labels. He's a bit perverse though and not exactly the most romantic of fellows out there, but if you are looking for a fun relationship or in general, just a good fuck, he's your man! Speaking of free-spirited, if you are looking for a one-on-one relationship, good luck convincing himself to fully commit. He insists he's got a lot of love to give and it'd be far too selfish to give it all to just one person, but if that right lover comes along, they may be able to try and keep him on a leash without him offering too much complaint. HATESHIP Far too common and sometimes it's not even intentional! His attitude just has a horrible way of grating people's nerves and he's not all that sorry for it either. You either love him or hate him, and most fall to the latter scale, especially when it comes to the more business side of things. And by business it of course means being on the opposite end of his sword, which admittedly can leave a foul impression I suppose. Villains, superheroes, and vigilantes alike can find reason to dislike him, especially if he were to get in their way which unfortunately happens every now and then. It's nothing personal, until it is in which case you will certainly be able to tell the difference. He doesn't usually waste too much energy on enemies if he can avoid it, but in some cases it's unavoidable, such as those where they manage to really piss him off. maverick ; depending on how this goes since i have a pending thing of the sidekick w/ astro i figure why not plot w/ u w/ maria as well!
maria is a witch and like physis i'm propagating a business like relationship where he probably comes to maria with help on certain things, trying to find people, arcane related crimes, advisory on certain things, macabre shit and other stuff. being as they're both vigs i can see this depending if Maverick needs help. as for personality wise, obnoxious isn't a problem as maria is very very tolerant to people except when it comes to rudeness. he's a slut for basic human decency and besides! It's fun having loud friends/people to talk to. and considering maverick is v handsome maverick could pay for maria's help in the winky dink. |

First and foremost, Maverick was shocked to find out Maria was a dude the first time they interacted. Rather than be put off by it though, he's actually amazed. "How are you so fucking cute?!" But then straight to business once he remembered that is why he approached him.
As far as business related inquiries, it probably wouldn't be a regular thing since Maverick doesn't really care to rely on others too much, but should he reluctantly need assistance, he may seek Maria out, especially when he needs help tracking certain targets down. Otherwise, these two could probably get along well enough. Maverick may accidentally say something rude every now and then, because he doesn't quite have a filter, but he'd apologize if Maria were to get offended. Unless of course he means what he says, in which case he's sorry that he's not sorry, which must surely account for something! He's not complete ass though, merely speaks what's on his mind and is far too impulsive to think before opening his mouth.
But OMG you read his mind. He'll definitely offer sex as payment and should Maria actually accept it, he may be a bit more frequent with his visits, if not solely to get in bed with him. He's a bit of a slut in that regard xD [googlefont="Oswald"] |

Anyways, this is kuro who is your local grouchy Vigilante with a ~*purpose*~ and that purpose is to kill his dad, l-lol. I doubt he's going to succeed in that regard sadly. BUT REGARDING THIS TWO I think they would be enemies first off? Kuro has a low tolerance for bullshit and Maverick doesn't care all that much so I can definitely see them bumping heads a lot and probably fighting if that tickles your peach. Most likely they realize it always comes to a stalemate or something and they decide to help each other out. Weird friend-enemy plot with a dash of bro stuff and calling each other out on their shit maybe?
I also have daphne who's a hero with big boobs idk what she'd want with Maverick but she'd find his personality cute because she's very mentally old. She'll give him head pats and hugs. No clue where I'm going with this but YEAH.

He'll have to deal with his nonsense, even when on a job, unfortunately, but I'm sure they'll work together fine, especially if he is able to tolerate him well enough. If Maria doesn't immediately scorn him, they'll pretty much be friends from the get go, at least on his side. Maybe not the closest friends because he's not stupid enough to trust just anyone, but he'd be friendly, and even friendlier still if they started exploring the benefits.

ANYWAY Maverick would totally be a dick and call him out on his angst, especially if he discovered his purpose. "Extreme daddy issues! That's alright kid, wanna hug it out?" *immediately get's shot at* Of course he's not that bad and if he knew of the specific details, he'd sympahtise, for what it's worth. But it's hard to express that when little boy angst here may try to fight him anytime they bumped into each other. Besides that, even if he had the chance, Maverick is not so good with the words and doesn't know how to give anything but tough love tbh. But once they had the chance to just calm down, I feel like these two could help each other out, work together and Kuro might even convince him to help him achieve his goal if he was so inclined. And while he doesn't favor the gun himself, he recognizes it comes in handy and if they can get on well enough turns that he's not convinced the kid will shoot him in the back, he may try to hire him to help him on his own missions. A sort of you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours.
But yes! Frenemies are good and I can't wait to see these two in action. [googlefont="Oswald"] If she doesn't immediately try to arrest him, I think he'll appreciate her company. Hell, who am I kidding? With knockers like that he'll flirt with her even if she were ever to try and fight him. Maverick is having a bit of trouble finding probably this estranged serial bank robber and is at wit's end and catches rumors of a witch that does witchcraft in exchange for money so maverick ends up finding maria and gives him something the dude left behind and maria does witch mama bubu juju witchcraft and finds him for maverick thus starting their buisness relations |

Sounds good to me :] He'd very much appreciate being able to catch this guy, not only for the reward of doing so, but he might take a bit extra from his stash, enough that no one would notice a couple hundred bucks missing. And if Maria can prove to be able to do this weird mumbo jumbo shit to track down baddies, he will definitely come for his aid when he's having too much trouble.
