A very difficult subject...Ultraviolet is only ever seen on the outside when she is on assignment. When she is not she is within an undisclosed facility either within a cage or undergoing vicious training and thus the idea of her having 'friends' is relatively unheard of. Though it is possible for her to form some kind of bond with another operative of Providence and thus develop some form of closeness with said person, but chances are it would need to be done in secret for her superiors would not approve.
Hatred[hey-trid]
Noun. Intense dislike or extreme aversion.

Ultraviolet is a powerful Agent of Providence, an organization of many faces and many aspects and she is their top operative. Inspired off of the Winter Soldier from Captain America she shares many of the same traits and her gaining an arch nemesis to counter her actions would be lovely. A Tracer to her Widowmaker if you will. This would likely lead to many interesting plots and an interesting dynamic. Perhaps a Love/Hate relationship between her and her rival.
Though simple enemies is a far more likely option considering Ultraviolets profession. A famous assassin, and dangerous villain and thus a natural target for Heroes & Law Enforcement alike. She has been very active over the years, operating as a spy, assassin, mercenary and ect and causing substantial collateral damage. Plots as an enemy could easily be worked out but one would do well to remember that she is not in control. The helmet latched onto her head is more than an accessory, it is a means of domination over her body and mind. And any true hero would see that beneath her cold and merciless facade is a woman who is suffering...nothing more but a puppet on a string.

A very slow burn. Love is a feeling unfelt by the spider. One would have to work very hard to get her to feel positive emotion yet alone project it back. Though with enough development it is certainly possible though would likely be something that needs to be kept under wraps given the nature of her existence. Love/hate relationships are a personal fav. Someone she hates to love but loves to hate...is there anything else more poetic?
