 HERE'S DANNY. My loser. My hilarity bomb. My casual bruh that could easily find a way to hang out and cause disorderly conduct with just about anyone. Except scary murder rampagers. That's a buzz kill even Danny can't get behind.
He's always interested in making friends. While he doesn't like making enemies, he's immature enough to push someone out of their comfort zone and tease them for it. He's not particularly loyal and might ditch you for comic relief/to save his own skin. His roommate, Onikori, knows this pretty well. Except at least Danny knows Brook can handle himself.
His awesome step-sister is Control, bc I want to show Amber off and in case it opens up new plot possibilities!
He lives in Sentinel Hill in a small apartment. Danny's mostly a uni student but does hero stuff on the side. He was in the drama club in high school with Brook, and Danny's still interested in acting and the theatre even if he's mostly a spectator.
 Honestly I don't have specific plots for him in mind. I've always been more of a slice of life rper than super hardcore action so rip me. DESPITE THAT. I hope to bring his goofy shenanigans to a wider variety of characters. I'm just gonna share rp memes I like for potential thread starters and see if it clicks with anyone.

Plots that sound a-ok would be making Danny into a dan-sel in distress. Also threads involving Danny attempting to work out in the gym and failing terribly. Then getting annoyed because he wants to look pretty and ripped and not just plain old ripped.
his communication shift powers could also be helpful for therapy? Like. People that struggle with articulating themselves or find themselves stuck and can't speak well in the heat of things. Maybe also with helping talk down hostage situations? There's a lot of room for this.

capstone ; the pictures below are the summarisation between Smoke and Capstone. Smoke is dating his step-sister, Control so there's something the two can somewhat talk about. Perhaps Danny is the type of brother who loves his sister so much that when Smoke and him go out for drinks or just found somewhere at work with Amber no where in sight, he teasingly tells Mikael that he'd expunge his dirty little secrets to Amber (whatever they may be). In all, these two are friends and they have the tendency to go to bars together and get really drunk (Mikael would have a high chance on being high). A possible thread for these two would be a bar thread, where the two enjoy some rather heavy drinking and they become awfully drunk to the point where they sing and talk about how shitty their lives are at the moment or something! I just think Mikael and Danny would be best friends and would have a probable bromance with each other. OR maybe, the three of them (Mikael, Amber, and Danny) go out together for lunch and some madness happens. Pardon the sketchy plot idea haha, but your go!    |

 SMOKE OH YES I've been looking forward to plotting with you!! Capstone loves his sister but he's an ass so he'd probably be exchanging embarrassing stories to both SMOKE and Control for laughs. These two being bar buddies sounds great tbh! It'd be somewhere Capstone goes to cool off after class, dick around with the jukebox, make snarky remarks about what's on the tv, fail at pool but be ok at darts, and chat people up. Drunken karaoke for the finale just hell yeah. These two would get along GREAT.
Imagining the three of them hanging out together just makes me go 'POOR AMBER' at first since Capstone will likely tease them whenever they get all coupley around him. Maybe they could do something simple, like putt putt golf, bowling, or some type of event in the forum's gazette.
I'd like to see what happens if we just throw them into a thread. Maybe they already arranged to hang out and chill at the bar.

Embarrassing stories to exchange and Smoke is just "was she really like that? damn" or "dudeee last night Amber and I were watching a horror movie and she didn't want to turn off the tv 'cause she thought it was haunted". DRUNKEN KARAOKE HEY THAT IS SMOKE'S JAM LOW-KEY. This is great. All three just do simple stuff even though they've known each other for two years. I feel like both Control & Capstone would tease Smoke since he is a tsundere. TEASE GAME ALL THE WAY. Control and Smoke probably would go "you're twenty-two and have no love life" (and in low-key, Smoke is like "let's go to a strip club and get you a lap dance"). Any type of hangout sounds pretty for me really. LET'S DRAG DRACK >:[ Sounds good to me! Maybe they found each other at the bar just by chance? And then in some future threads we'll have them arrange some time together. Huge bromance going on pls. |

 capstone danny, did you ever want to move into little goblin? if so, you might have an apartment neighbor in Comic. on a character standpoint, i think there's enough casual friction to warrant danny and marisa meeting in a casual setting. in addition, his powers would be a huge boon to her - marisa is emotional wall upon stunted wall, and often lets her frustrations and anger cloud over her judgement and she gets her foot in her mouth.
so! i like the idea of them being neighbors, if you're okay with danny living in goblin. marisa would be likely to, while angry and rubbing him wrong, at least let him inside her place if it was raining or something else.
alternatively, phone swap. marisa regularly uses her phone to accept jobs from The Alliance and independent groups, and if danny frequents enough of the same bars or places, who knows when he could accidentally pick hers up. she would be very desperate to get it back, after all.

And yes pls tease Capstone bc no love life! He probably settles for 2D characters that are likely to step on him and I bet Amber knows about it.
haunted house though oh my god can we?? CAN WE CAN WE DO A HAUNTED HOUSE? I also love that white walker event in the gazette like that would be one hell of an event for the three of them.
And perfect! We can start with a random encounter at the bar (maybe it's having some kind of themed night? or celebrating a made up holiday). I could make the thread tomorrow after I get back from work!
I already showed you on skype what drack and I thought of that and I am 100% behind making Comic and Capstone neighbors! Honestly Capstone's powers could be therapeutic if they weren't being abused by such an immature user. If he puts his mind to it, he could help Comic if he ever deemed it necessary.
I imagine every time Comic gets pissed at him he uses his communication shift to make her speak another language/force her to use enhanced + complex vocabulary he doesn't understand so he can tune her out. Onikori might also have to drag him away whenever Capstone takes things too far.
A phone swap as a result of them being neighbors could be how they actually meet and talk? Like maybe they know each other by face but haven't had much of a chance to talk until that moment. And the whole time Danny is acting like an arrogant ass like YEAH NOT AS IF YOU KNOW WHERE I LIVE, COME AT ME BRUH. and then the reveal that they're neighbors would make him pale in horror because whoops....this person definitely knows me and where i live....whoops....
And Danny would definitely frequent bars with Smoke so I bet it happened when Danny and Comic left their phones on the counter face up or something and ended up grabbing the wrong one.

capstone Control HELLOO??? YES I SO SUPPORT THIS!!! Honestly for now, between Capston and Smoke, it would be a casual thread. Maybe it is a theme night and Smoke and Capstone saw one another and decided to hang out and drink a few shots here and there 8) cough cough, control noticing that smoke takes capstone to a strip club since it sounds like fun I imagine them being hammered and just become emotional something (or daring, you know how people are when drunk). For the three of them, we should definitely do the White Walker one. It would give us some great flexibility to throw out some power and Control yelling into Capstone and Smoke's earpiece about not touching any of those undead things. I am totally game for the three way thread and any future thread we'll have together!! |

 capstone yeeeees. somehow or another she gets his phone, calls her own, demands it back because, shit, very sensitive stuff on there that amounts to a mixture of criminal activity and probable gay texts that she would view as highly personal, and aims to get it back by any means necessary.
bonus points if they are both in their apartment rooms while calling each other, and very slowly realize the other person is calling from the other side of the walls.
the only thing to consider otherwise is the fact that, technically, capdannystone is a registered hero, and comic is... not, and i'm curious as to how birdbrain would handle that.
