My homunculus baby Ava has been left abandoned in a laboratory built in the basement of a rundown house in Arkham. Her creator, Dr. Laurence Flamel, was trying to replicate his dead wife but just as he had succeeded in making a proper living creature he mysteriously vanished. Possibly being taken out by the mafia.
Now what I want from YOU fellow RPer. Its been approximately three months since Flamel's disappearance and Ava has grown lonesome in her prison. I'm looking for volunteers to discover her and take her under their wing (so to speak). If you're a member of the Initiative it might be easy to set up a plot such as, you were given a tip to where Flamel has been hiding all these years (he was a pretty well-known bio-engineer) and were sent to scope out the abandoned house and in the process wake up Ava.
Likewise if you are a vigilant it might be easier to put you in the situation than a civilian, maybe you were looking for a place to hide out from come villains or the Initiative and wandered into the run down house for shelter. I am totally open to any suggestions you have for scenarios. As long, of course, they are sensible.

I offer up my very nervous, very silly magnetic electromancer. While very nervous and self-deprecating and lame, she's actually pretty good at being there for others. She could be like Ava's big sister. Or a good friend, but this would be Tesla's first storyline so I think it should be pretty significant.

Yohan is a pretty good choice, being a private detective he'd of heard this guy through a contact or a rival. When he gets there and finds the girl, his paternal instincts will kick in. He'd do his best to help her, he could bring her to a safe place like his home where she'd also meet his son. She could be like a little/big sister to his son. And Yohan is an excellent father figure, not too strict but teaches all the necessary things. He'd also protect you from others wanting to use you for whatever, as Yohan won't care if you're born normally or in a Testtube as all he'd see is a child in need of help.
