Being an agent of the Initiative for the past three years Cryo has built up a reputation of being difficult to work with and being a troublemaker. Although not an inherently dangerous force, Dionysus has always been a pain in the Initiative’s side. His cult has been the culprits of many missing persons, his followers are known to entice victims to join the cult with the typical spiel of camaraderie and enlightenment. However recently torn apart bodies have been showing up in wooded areas, it’s thought his cult is behind these tragedies.

Dionysus himself does not heavily involve himself in the acts of his cult, he is merely an instigator and prefers to observe their independent behavior. Though he is known help with the indoctrination of new members.

So, we've talked about throwing them together. Thalia also prefers to do missions on her own, for different reasons; it could be funny if they were paired up and had to work with one another? We could do this as a flashback thread because they've both been with the Initiative for a while and I imagine they know each other by now. I'm open to p much anything, really.

Perun & CryoThey're bound to meet each other if Cryo over there hangs out a lot with KEEPER. Meet the secretive and ignorant dork who tags along with Keeper and is her love interest. Since we've already talked about Cryo being a jealous child who doesn't want his mom to date other men, let's work with that. Basically tensions (not as great as it probably should be) between usually clueless Perun and the 'can totally see what's happening here and doesn't approve of it' Cryo. This will eventually lead to prank wars and violent sparring as well as Keeper spoiling galore because he thinks that he's implying that he isn't an adequate friend. Not actual all-out fights as it would compromise him and he might end up doing irreversible damage to someone Ricki cares about, which is a nono. Despite that though, he's still going to try and be friends to Cryo even though it's like pulling teeth. He's interesting enough to try since he's close to her and his powers ARE interesting to him given how he perceives it. Trying to play nice and even slipping in advice on how to use his powers better (since Zerne's powers are somewhat closer to his than Ricki's are). Either in secret or openly or while taunting him. The advice's sound but he's going to lie through his teeth as to how he knew this and say internet. Thoughts?

Sif! Hiiii. So, I have Justitia here, also known as Julia, and she's new to the Initiative. She's a bit sheltered, so Cryo 's weird ways would probably only be a little strange for her (she'll definitely not understand flirting), and she'll probably see most of his pranks a mile away and think they're training or something, all the while being ridiculously polite. XD
On the other hand, Julia's powers stem from various gods, and a couple of them are from the Greco-Roman Pantheon, so Dionysus might know about the office of Justitia. She could surprise him by acting as she actually thinks, and actually desiring justice and stuff? Probably could foil a bit of his plots since her Scales can nullify psionic and magical influences (I think that would turn those under his influence into just drunk people instead of berserkers? Not sure, up to you, I guess.)
I also have Electromancer , although she's a vigilante and an electric ghost, so she might be harder to plot with. Dionysus does have that affinity for death... but Alice probably doesn't want to have anything to do with creepy Olympians hahaha.

i think it'd be interesting for them to be rivals. brook used to be somewhat of a loner until he met his roommate and started working with him a lot on missions and what not, so he learned how to work in a team or with a partner. the two being forced on a mission together for one reason or another would be interesting.
brook has more understanding and control over his powers than morgan does i think, that could spark a rivalry. he's capable of reaching absolute zero with his powers, plus some other fancy thing. he's capable of reanimating the dead, fear/tormenting illusions, all that fun stuff that comes with having demonic powers you know. the fact that his powers are both ice and demonic could be intriguing to morgan and spark some rivalry or general friendship o/ i just think it'd be fun for the two to meet up, maybe practice against each other, things like that

I think ole Dionysus might find Replicant rather interesting in a variety of ways, and I think Replicant would also enjoy meeting Dionysus. From reading he's not a very trust worthy guys which is fine, the same can be said for Replicant. I'd love to play something out with him if you're interested, he's not really the cult type but there's a chance that he'd offer them his services. As he likes to take people off the streets, and if he doesn't have his own fun with them then he's got no issues selling them to your cult. Or whatever else, also Replicant would love to taste a god's flesh and blood out of curiosity of course...

Of course Annabelle, being so Naive and semi-trusting of people that dress nicely would accidentally get wound up in a cult about seizing the day and moment and other things -wink wonk-. Also, of course after the misunderstanding is cleared up, she wouldn't actually go after a guy like Dionysus, even if he is technically "a villain." She'd become his friend! But I don't think we need to talk about that since we've talked about that Ad Nauseum in the chat much to Tipi's chagrin.
Cryo :
They're both at the initiative. They're both young...ish... They both have had exposure to the cold. They both... Do hero stuff. They should do something some time. I'm not exactly sure what it should be, but it should be something.

Cryo & Perun
Honestly, after me and Accel finish Cryo and Keeper’s origins thread I’d totally be down to do a thread where Keeper introduces Cryo to Perun and at first he wouldn’t see him as a threat. But after observing some of the flirting between the two (this boy can see flirting a mile away) he’d totally try to wedge himself in between the two. Playing pranks on Perun and blaming it on his lack of control constantly.
But at the end of the day, Cryo is mainly lashing out because of how important Keeper’s relationship with him is, and Perun comes off as detrimental to that. He’s such a self-conscious baby. But I feel like Perun can help him learn how to accept that Keeper isn’t trying to replace him. Which would be cute.
Cryo & Justitia
Ok, so Cryo would totally try and hit on Julia. I could see her sneaking up on him while he’s pulling pranks and be a bit baffled (He likes to bother the higher ranking agents with turning their coffee cold or freezing doors shut, simple stuff). She could come up and question him, maybe even see him as suspicious? And he’d get nervous that he was caught, but just turn on the smolder ;D (which would obviously not work)
Dionysus & Justitia
We could totally do a thing where Julia is sent out to do some detective work on all the missing persons that Dionysus’s cult is the main suspect of. She can be snooping around and he decides to step in and take a look at the new Initiative slave, in disguise of course. Shenanigans ensue and it’s revealed it’s the god of ritual madness himself.
Cryo & Onikori
These two, are totally perfect together. Though they’re not complimentary, they are very different which I find amusing considering they are both users of ice abilities. Cryo would totally get bothered by there being another ice manipulator in the Initiative, and when he finds out that Brook can control his better you can bet that the hot-headed cryokinetic is gonna want to prove he can do anything Brook can do but better.
I think a rivalry would spark between these two easily and would be a lot of fun to explore. And yeah, eventually Cryo would stop being a brat and realize he enjoys the company of Brook and the he’d try and get Brook to loosen up and stop being so icy.
Dionysus & Replicant
Well, Dionysus doesn’t just kidnap people outright. It’s more like indoctrination. He entices people with promise of freedom from their mundane lives and that they can become the person they’ve always wished they could. He also doesn’t think that force is necessary for his obvious form of brainwashing. The miserable will flock to him because he will fulfill them. So yeah, not sure there.

Okay last night when I typed that I was trying to be funny and only afterwards did I see how it was almost COMPLETELY laced with innuendos. Let me rephrase what I was trying to say:
Star and Cryo should totally run into each other at the initiative and hang out! Maybe they can pull a couple of pranks on some people and just straight up goof around. Maybe they could do a mission after a while. Your call.
And also I meant everything as to what I said in my bit about @dyonisus . Dang, Annabelle needs to stop hanging around the wrong people.

Perun & CryoHe'd wonder about the sudden klutziness for a while before his own senses clue him into the fact that it's completely intentional after observing his behavior and the behavior of his powers (at least the part that he can sense). Then cue subtle retaliations while trying to understand why and making sure he doesn't go past irritated. Once he figures out where Cryo is coming from and why he does these things, he'd understand why. He can relate to those fears of replacement (they involve background information I didn't put in the app proper) and even though he's a little shit, he'll still reassure the guy that he isn't going to replace him in Keeper's heart or anything like that. He'll probably say something dorky like 'her heart's big enough to have room for everyone' or something like that. So yes. Cute and feelsy moments of reconciliation in the future go. What else do ya wanna discuss?
